READY TO BOOK? There is a $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit due at the time of booking.

LATE POLICY: There is a STRICT 10 minute grace period, set for the client and the stylist, After 15 minutes you WILL be considered a NO SHOW & your appointment WILL be CANCELED or you can pay a $35 LATE FEE to resume your appointment.

RESCHEDULE: You have the option to reschedule ONCE in the SAME month as your BOOKED appointment ( IF CONTACT WAS MADE IN ADVANCE, BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED). If your appointment is in the last 2 weeks of the month, you can reschedule 2 weeks into the following month.

If you FAIL TO ARRIVE or CANCEL, You will FORFEIT your deposit and need another $50 deposit to further book.

RESCHEDULING FOR LOC EXTENSIONS? You have the option to reschedule ONCE up to 4 full weeks from your original scheduled appointment. (Example: If you book for April 1st, 2300 and you need to reschedule you can book as far as June 1st,2300.)

NEED TO CANCEL FOR LOC EXTENSIONS? If you cancel you will FORFIT your 1/3 deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
