BOOKING POLICY

Response Time via text: 24 to 48 hours

  • DO NOT CALL, UNLESS A CONSULTATION WAS BOOKED IN ADVANCE. 
  •  MASK ARE REQUIRED, Must be worn the entire appointment.
  • NO SAME DAY/WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS, you must book in advance
  •  NO extra guest or children unless being serviced..
  •  Do NOT arrive before the time of your appointment, Ex: If your appointment is @10am, do not arrive @9:40am. You will be waiting until 10am. It is ok to arrive during the grace period.
  • NO Food or drinks except water
  •  NO smoke breaks DURING your appointment
  •  NO ADD ONS THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, What you book for is what you will receive during your appointment time.
  •  ALL FINAL payments MUST be paid in CASH ONLY.. Zelle, Cash app, PayPal or Debit/ Credit Cards are NOT accepted for final payment.


READY  TO  BOOK?

  • There is a $25 Nonrefundable deposit to hold your appointment for the chosen date and time .. After you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with the address and additional information.The remaining balance of the style of your choice MUST be paid in CASH ONLY at your appointment..

BOOKING FOR TRAVEL?

  • There is a $100 travel fee. Please contact, Mona, prior to booking @ (770) 871-0621 (TEXT ONLY)


LATE FEE

  • Please understand that there is a 15 minute grace period set for the client and stylist, AFTER the first 15 minutes, you WILL be charged a $20 late fee to continue your appointment.  
  • The late fee only covers you for 15 more minutes 
  • If stylist is late after the first 15 minutes, the client will be gifted $20 off appointment for the inconvenience. 
  • AFTER the first 20 minutes, you will be considered a NO SHOW & your appointment WILL be CANCELED. If you pay the late fee and are more then 30 miniutes late you will forfit your late fee and would need to reschedule  

RESCHEDULING 

  • You have the option to reschedule ONCE in the SAME month as your booked appointment. IF CONTACT WAS MADE IN ADVANCE. 
  • If your appointment is in the last week of the month you booked for, you can reschedule within the first 2 weeks of the following month. 
  •  If you FAIL to arrive or cancel you will lose your deposit and have to pay another deposit to further book.

LOC EXTENSIONS

  • To book for permanent loc extensions, There is a 1/3 non refundable deposit due at the time of booking. ( TEXT ONLY 770-871-0621)
  • Need to reschedule? You are allowed up to 4 full weeks from your original scheduled appointment to reschedule your permanent loc extension appointment. If you fail to reschedule or cancel you will forfeit  your deposit and need another deposit to further book. EX: If your original appointment was booked for April you could reschedule up to June if needed. 
  • ALL loc extensions are HANDCRAFTED and takes 1-2 weeks to be made.
  • The length you book for will be the length you receive 
  • All Loc orders are made in the order which they are received. 
  • Shipping takes up to 3-4 weeks after order date.
  • For a seamless permanent loc installation, your hair must be AT LEAST 2-3 inch of natural hair prior to the installation. If your hair is longer than 6' you will have to cut your hair at the time of the installation or it will be an additional $200-$800 to install
  • If you want and/or need more than 100 locs made and installed it will be an additional $200-$600 due at the time of the appointment. 


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  •  NO Returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
